Opening season 2020: The campingsite will open at 3 p.m. on July 4, 2020. We follow the French quidelines for opening the campsite.
The campsite is small and friendly, located at the top of the village of Voisey. Voisey is an authentic village in the Haute Marne area, in the north-eastern part of France, about 350 km from Paris, near Bourbonne les Bains, which is a spa town. The campsite has 10 pitches, is a nature friendly, quiet site. The pitches are suitable for tents, caravans, campers and camping trailers. Two large ‘De Waard’ tents which are fully equipped are available for rental.
This campsite is for people who love nature, are looking for rest and who like simplicity, space and a very nice view of the surrounding countryside. It once was an orchard: we still have Mirabelle, Cherry, Apple and Walnut trees. Before the Ist war Voisey had a number vineyard, but today they have almost all disappeared, however there remains a communal distillery where fruits is turned into different types of alcohol.
The campsite is towards the edge of the village with a beautiful view of the woods, meadows and surrounding hills. You will be awakened in the morning by the song of the birds and it is not rare to come across foxes or deer during walks nearby.
Wine and regional gastronomy lovers, hikers, cyclists, spa guests will all find their needs meet here. For children, there are nearby: swimming pools, tennis courts, an equestrian center and mini-golf. This small campsite is a good choice if you are looking for peace, quietness, space and nature. It can also be a stop on your way to the north or south from France or to Switzerland.
